Okaysou sold two budget air purifiers, one small and one large. Both are now out of stock on Amazon. Here is what they did and what to buy instead.
Table of Contents
What Okaysou Sold
Okaysou is a budget air purifier brand that leans on H13 HEPA filters and low power use. The old page covered two models: the AirMic4S for small rooms and the AirMax8L for large ones. Both show as currently unavailable on Amazon as of October 16, 2026. The AirMic4S had 2,627 ratings at 4.4 stars, and the AirMax8L had 5,766 ratings at 4.5 stars.
Okaysou AirMic4S
The AirMic4S is a small unit with a pre-filter, an H13 HEPA filter and a carbon filter. The old page gave a CADR of 125 cubic meters an hour, or 74 CFM, and a noise level of 24 dB with the SilenceBoost mode. It has a sleep mode and a night light mode, and meets California CARB rules. The filters cannot be washed. In a 140 square foot room, 74 CFM gives about four air changes an hour. Our full Okaysou AirMic4S review has the details. A replacement filter is still listed at $27.99.
Okaysou AirMax8L
The AirMax8L is a large-room unit with a 45-vane turbine motor, a pre-filter, an H13 HEPA filter and a carbon filter. The old page gave a CADR of 210, a noise level of 22 dB and 50 watts of power, with a timer and a remote but no Wi-Fi. At 210 CFM, a 320 square foot room gets about five air changes an hour. Our full Okaysou AirMax8L review explains why the 800 square foot claim is generous.
Looking ahead, budget brands like Okaysou prove how fast a catalog can shrink. Both the AirMic4S and the AirMax8L show as currently unavailable on Amazon, while a few replacement filters are still listed. The catch is that a best-value list means little when the picks are out of stock.

The risk to watch is the coverage math. The old page said the AirMic4S circulates the air twice in a 580 square foot room. At 74 CFM, that room gets about one air change an hour, not two. It also said the AirMax8L has a CADR of 210 and cleans 800 square feet 1.5 times an hour. At 210 CFM, 800 square feet gets about two an hour, and five an hour fits only about 320 square feet. Expect more listings that mix units and rates. Size by CADR, and use the five-times-an-hour figure for allergies or smoke.
How to Size a Purifier
Multiply the room size by the ceiling height, then divide by the CADR to get minutes per air change. For allergies or smoke, aim for an air change every 12 minutes. Read what CADR means and how to choose the right size air purifier. For big rooms, see air purifiers for large rooms.
